Facts and Fiction

Click HERE to read the real reason why the sky is blue. Personally, I think I am going to keep believeing that sky gnomes paint it.

Id just like to mention that I think people should be more careful what they take as a fact on the internet.......This may come as a shock to some people, but there is just as much fiction on the net as there are facts (and sometimes you cant tell which is which) - Yes, you using the online doctor to diagnose your "rash" - I am talking to people like you.

  9. Hehehehe... I once looked up possible causes for a headache and the interwebs gave me a couple of freaky options - brain tumours, aneurisms (sp?) and the likes. So no more internet doctor for me... just causes stress!

  10. LOL! Too true - the Internet is a great tool, but it is not always truthful and there is a lot of crap out there too...

I would have thought that is was the air sprites that painted the sky blue, though.

  11. Yeah, webMD just ends up scaring the crap out of you.

It is scary when the possible diagnoses are cancer or just an irregular period!? (from a recent experience.)

  12. For a real reality check on anything you read online it always pays to go to www.snopes.com and read if things are real or not.

(according to snopes, sky gnomes really do paint the sky though)

  13. Question. Why on earth were you on the internet looking for that? LOL!!
A friend told me that the reason our bruises were blue is because underneath we were all smurfs. I thought it was cute.
