TV truth

I'm not really a TV junkie. In fact, most of the stuff on TV I find boring and a waste of time -BUT when it comes to certain TV series I am a massive addict.

Heres a few TV shows that I totally love at the moment (and I dont care what affect they are having on my brain or eyes) *winks*:
Gossip Girl - Could Blair and Chuck be anymore awesome? Could the outfits be any cuter? No, I dont think so...
True Blood - Fang-tastic!
Battlestar Gallactica - I'm almost finished the 4th Season (only a few more episodes to go). Dont even think of telling me what happens at the end.

What TV shows are you loving at the moment?

  10. I'm never home enough to watch a whole series, but I'm pretty up to date on anything that's on DVD. I'm watching Green Wing at the moment, but I'm waiting to try Tre Blood as soon as it comes out, everyone I know who watches it loves it!

  12. I've never seen the other two, but I love True Blood! I typically don't watch them as they are on TV, but catch up when they come out on DVD. I did get hooked on Weeds and am looking forward to the new season this summer.

  14. I love Grey's and I'm also a fan of Dexter, The Office and 30 Rock. Mustn't forget Scrubs, Little Britain... and yes, True Blood. I also LOVE 24, though that's because I have ridiculous crush on Kiefer Sutherland! :)

  15. In the summer I realize just how much TV I watch during the winter. I opened my DVR menu last night, and there were no NEW shows recorded to watch...oh the horror! :-)

    Let's see....my addictions...

Rescue Me, Weeds (just got hooked, and catching up on past seasons),Deadliest Catch, and So You Think You Can Dance. I think everything else is on summer break. :-)

  16. I think if I actually had cable, I'd never leave the house. I'd be so overwhelmed. So, I only watch one show a week, and that is "LOST." It's on hiatus for a freaking long time now, so I'm watching "House" on DVD and, as always, "What Not To Wear!"

  17. I am crazy about Grey's Anatomy, and watch way too much Dr. 90210.
(in my defence, it is normally a sunday mornafternoon thing)

I should make more time for TV, it is winter after all!

  19. Regarding your poll... go for the new bed!
My boy and I got a new bed a few months back, and it is like sleeping in heaven. Yeah, we spent about 600-700 on it (EEK I know!!!), but oh my god, it is so worth it!

I got the first disk of true bloods season one off of netflix, so I am going to give it a shot!

And a good fiction book is The Eyre Affair by Jasper Fforde. It's a mystery novel that'll hurt your brain in a good way. :)

  20. Definitely loving Gossip Girl, although haven't watched the latest series. Am waiting for dvds. Oh and Heroes (but again with the dvds). Family Guy/The Simpsons and American Dad always seem to find their way on to the TV when the bf is about. Strange that... !

    Other Fav's:
The Soup & The Dish ~ love funny gossip
House ~ can I PLEASE get away with saying half the stuff that he does without getting canned?!?!
Make Me a Super Model - Tyson sucked but I loved Brandan
