Dark grey walls

I'm not usually a fan of dark painted walls, but when I spotted this grey apartment (found here)  I thought it looked very cool (clearly some people can make dark walls work). Personally, I don't think this is a look that everyone could live with and I doubt I would ever paint more than one room or wall with dark grey paint.

Would you ever paint your walls dark grey?

  3. TSC would never let me paint our walls dark grey. He worked in the painting and waterproofing industry before he started studying and he knows that dark walls are very difficult to paint over. In fact, when he painted over my purple feature wall in my old room at my folks' place, it took six coats of paint to disguise the colour.

But, I do love this apartment. I wants me a hot pink coffee table!

  4. I love it, but I think you would need a really light-filled room.

  8. I have a feature wall in my bedroom that is painted a mid-to-dark taupe and I love it :) It's the wall behind my bed's headboard, of course. It also offsets my all-white vanity and all-white bookshelf beautifully x
