Notes, recipes and the giveaway winner

Darlings, hows life? Here the seasons are definitely shifting, summer is about to settle in and so far October is going very well. The only thing bothering me is that I have been feeling a bit ikky and spacey lately (hope its not seasonal ninja flu germs).
When I feel a bit run down, I tend to indulge in yummy treats a bit more than I should (don't we all?). So,  lately I have been looking on the interweb for yummy recipes. Here are five lovely, delicious recipes that I found and want to try out:

1. Raspberry Cheesecake Ice Cream (read recipe here)
2. Apple-Cardamom Cakes with Apple Cider Icing  (read recipe here)
3. Leila Lindholm's butterscotch pecan pie (recipe here)
4. Homemade Oreos (recipe here)
5. Rainy day Mediterranean homemade pizza (recipe here)
((
Have you made or found any awesome recipes lately?

Giveaway note: The winner of the Aquacitrine $25 gift certificate is Jaime - Congrats lady! Please e-mail me soon with your details.
