These nail polishes go on rather thin, so you need to do a few coats if you want the maximum sparkle effect. The one thing that I do find annoying about glitter polishes, in general, is that they are not easy to take off (don't you also find that?).
The colours available in this range are: sparkling red, silver, blue, gold, bronze and violet. They are all sold separately at R59.95 each. You can find them at Dischem, Clicks and random independent pharmacies.
Note: All MAVALA nail colours are free of toluene, formaldehyde, DBP, collophane, paraben, camphor, animal ingredient nd heavy metal.
very cool and sparkly :)

Very pretty :)
ReplyDeleteThe best thing to do with glitter polishes is to use a peel off base coat. I'm using one by essence, but I think you can also DIY it with PVA glue?
Sparkles :) I also find it difficult to remove glitter polish and I can only wear it for a few days before it becomes a bit much for me!
ReplyDeleteLovely colours - I'll give it a try for sure

I love the Mavala range. Have so many of their polishes. As Laura said above, just do a base coat of any PVA glue. It dries clear and then you can just pull at the edges and slowly peel the entire polish off as one!

Definitely essential for Dec silly season!
ReplyDeleteI have given up on nail polish because of all the cooking, baking and typing that I do.
