Happy Spring Day! I havent read in a long while but i watched twighlight this weekend (i finally realised what the hype is all about) and now i just HAVE to have the book series. Just trying to figure out who to con into buying it for me. Last book i read was Third Degree by Greg Isles and its gripping stuff! I highly recommend it.
ReplyDeleteMiss T- I read all the Twilight books last year before the movie came out. I enjoyed them. Nice, easy reads :)
ReplyDeleteYay! I'm so happy that Sarah Addison Allen has written a new book! "Garden Spells" was one of the most lovely books that I've ever read!

ReplyDeleteI did that like crazy last year. I ended up with a stack of 30 books, I kid you not. So I'm not allowing myself to buy anything unless I know I'm going to read it right away... because I still have so many to read! Last thing I read was Julie & Julia ;)
ReplyDeletei just finished "your hear belongs to me" by dean koontz. Getting ready to read "the gate house" by nelson demille.
ReplyDeleteI have the same problem... about a month ago I FINALLY picked up Bridget Jones's Diary. Sadly, Im almost positive I bought it when I was in the 7th grade. And don't tell but my copy of the historian is sitting on my bookshelf getting dustier and dustier, patiently waiting in line to be read.

ReplyDeleteoh, i hear you on this!!! i am MAD for books! they are everywhere in my home! i have so many stacked up and am telling myself NOT to buy any more until i read at least the 10 on my nightstand plus the 20 or so on my desk. but i have a gift card to amazon, a 4-page amazon wish list, and i am not sure how long i can hold out!
ReplyDeletesame here, yikes. I keep buying and buying books.
ReplyDeletei want to read i know why the caged bird sings, and daughter of fortune
I just finished Bill Bryson's hilarious travelogue "Neither here nor there" and it was just as side achingly great as all his other ones. Now it's time for "One flew over the cuckoo's nest", I can't wait!
ReplyDeleteI will be done with After You by Julie Buxbaum within the hour (so good!). I spent over $100 on 14 books (bargain section!!) in Barnes & Noble last week, so I've got a few to dive into after this!
