I said, "You know, you can't do the routine you used to do, it's been too long." He said, "I'm not! I'm only doing 3 reps of 10." It's serious...Personal running trainer podcast! It's seriously the best thig ever. It starts you off slow, then build up as you get stronger. It's on you iPod and has great music that will keep you at a good tempo. Soon you'll be doing 5ks in your sleep! Running is the best way to keep your overall bod weight down and it's such a good stress reliever! don't quit on it.
