My goal is to go to gym 4 times this week. So far I have managed to go twice this week (hooray!). I really want to start having a solid gym routine. I want to get fitter but find it hard to exercise regularly. Honestly, my problem is not that I dislike exercise, as I always feel great after going to the gym -My problem is that I find it too easy to press the snooze button at 5:30am and I never feel like gym at night. I think the solution is: i must become a morning person (wish me luck!)
My blog is going to have a bit of a "makeover" in the next few weeks. Here are some of the changes that are and will be happening:
* My blog can now be found on http://www.beingbrazen.com/ , as well as at my blogspot address (you can use either address).
* I am going to get a brand new header (suggestions welcome)
* I am going to make my page even more awesome than it is now (and you probably thought my blog couldn't be anymore awesome, right?) *chuckles*

My question for you today is: What makes your head feel like its going to explode?
I tend to think to much as well.In fact just got over a bad spell of that.LoL.I think when things are left undone or pile up we get overwhelmed at least thats what I feel for myself.Look at it this way 2 times a week for the gym is better than nothing. You got a great start.Your also young it wont take much time to get into the swing of 4 times a week,I go 2 times a week plus walk so thats good as well. For me thats great especially the walking with the rest.I cant wait to see your new blog, sounds like its going to be really nice.I love working on my page actually more than blogging itself.I find that so inspiring the art of it all.So to get back to your question for today,My head feels like its going to explode when I leave things undone then working, gym, doing what I want to do gets pushed out of the picture for a bit.Enjoy your day!Keep cool!LOL
ReplyDeleteEveryday life makes my head explode! oh and thinking of the universe and if it has a end and what happens after the end etc etc... get the picture :P Cant wait for new blog look! :) You are so lucky my URL has isnt available anymore... Right after i started my blog someone bought it and now it is a nonsense spam site! grrrrrrr
ReplyDeleteMy head wants to explode when my 13 year old looks for excuses to miss school and also when I get essays in red ink from his teacher!

ReplyDeletePeople make my head explode. If I don't get down time, or alone time I would go mad. I like being by myself and in my own thoughts.
ReplyDeleteAm excited for the new look! Can't wait to see how it turns out. :)
Pretty much the same things as you!
ReplyDeleteExcept that I have pretty much come to terms with the fact that I am not and never will be a morning person! I am dying to do a blog makeover! I have no idea how to do a header – good luck, you are on to a winner with that last picture of yours – maybe you can use that for a header!
I definitely overthink - what makes my brain explode? remembering at 3am that thing that I was supposed to have done at work yesterday. And also - what was it that went wrong with *him*, why couldn't I fix it, will we ever be friends etc etc etc. it's been how many years but it's still in my head. I'm that kind of crazy.
ReplyDeleteI over think EVERYTHING!! It is a flaw that drives me crazy! I know how you feel!
ReplyDeleteBasically EVERYTHING you're talking about...makes me feel like my head will explode.
ReplyDeleteThe gym.
The blog.
All of it. ;)
Maybe that's why we get along so well?
I'm afraid you've caught the over-analysis bug from Po! ;-)
ReplyDeleteNow, if you started acting like a hamster and running around in a wheel you wouldn't need to go to the gym!
Love that arty pic the BF took. Your header look good to me!
What makes my head about to explode....most of my office 'buddies' coming to me all at once with an 'issue' that they want me to solve for them, all while I am working on deadline of my own. It happens more often than I want to consider.
ReplyDeleteJust thinking of the gym makes my head explode! Literally!
ReplyDeleteYou and me both on the overactive brain. My hamster is on crack in that wheel. Imagine that.
ReplyDeleteAnswer to today's question:
ReplyDeleteMy family...and, no, I'm not kidding. lol!
Ooh good question. Worrying about the future. As in, can we afford to move country, which country, what job, kids or no kids, house, blah blah. It is easier to do none of that and ignore it.
ReplyDeleteAnd then stupid insecure things about relationships that are probably just damaging.
At the moment it is "where will I be in a year?" I love it here...I'm enjoying it but there is no way in hell I want to settle down in Ireland. I need more than 5days of summer. the thing is, is I have no idea where to go...too many options
ReplyDeleteit's cool that you're getting your own domain - that's rad. but why the dot com and not the dot co dot za??
ReplyDeleteand why are you not moving to Wordpress?
Soooo much cooler than Blogger!
How did you get your own domain? That's cool.
ReplyDeletei think too little...my mind takes short naps every now and then
ReplyDeleteI don't really think too much, more feel too much, under the surface, suppress, deny, don't let it out and then one day it all comes spilling out in a big hot mess. Anyhoo, my brain wants to explode when I wonder what to do with my life, career wise. The career I just fell into after uni has slowly died on me. WTF. 31 years old supremely talented in a whole lot of nonsense and now what? Long post for another day... Maybe a whole new blog? See, there goes the hear again, she's gonna blow!
ReplyDeleteI meant, there goes the HEAD again... she blew.
ReplyDeleteWhat makes my head explode...mmmm...good question...at the moment, its my own lack of organisation, i really need to get my life in gear....so yes I am basically annoying myself...go figure.
ReplyDeleteCannot wait to see the new blog!
I think the solution to your gym problem is simple: Don't go!
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to get motivated to go because the gym is an awful, horrible place.
But you're right, exercise is wonderful and makes you feel great. So maybe you should find some exercise that you actually like doing. I just bought a bike and it's the best thing ever! :)
