Welcome to Miami..

As a mini roadtrip, me and my Floridian friend (Orsoyla) decided to go spend two days and one night in Miami....

Average day in Miami

Miami Beach, Florida, is just how I expected it to be...copious amounts of palm trees, very humid weather, a seriously long beach, loads of bars and plenty of party people.

 

 

 

Yup, Miami Beach aint bad looking

While I wasn't overly impressed with Miami Beach after spending so much time sunning myself on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, I did find it very interesting and I enjoyed the great vibe there (it was literally buzzing with people).

Lincoln Road 

We stayed at the average, yet very conveniently located,  The President Hotel . This hotel is located on Collins Avenue, which is home to many historic Art Deco hotels (which I absolutely loved), and is very close walking distance to Lincoln Road Mall (where you must go shopping if you visit Miami - trust me).

All in all our little roadtrip to Miami was a lot of fun. I would definitely go back, especially if I was looking for a party weekend.
